Igniting Minds was founded in 2010 by Jacqueline Davis who has over 23 years experience of developing talent.

We deliver executive, business and personal coaching, mentoring and training through 1:1 and group sessions to support organisations and individuals to develop authentic leadership and personal power.

In just a few coaching sessions clients learn that it is the way they think about a situation that creates anxiety rather than the situation itself. This realisation is empowering, they realise that they control their thoughts and ultimately their destiny. This transforms their thinking and they identify more opportunities and achieve more of their goals.

We are NLP master practitioners and trainers and we share powerful long-lasting techniques that you can use to change your life for the better.

We are a social enterprise committed to bring positive change to the world. We believe that the transformational techniques that we use should be available to all. For this reason we offer bursaries to small charities and individuals and groups experiencing or at risk of social exclusion.

She was CEO of a charity with a multi-million pound turnover, she is a Chartered Director, interviewer and workshop facilitator for the Institute of Directors.
