Propermusic.com is part of the privately owned Proper Music Group Ltd and was launched as an online store in October 2011 to supply music related products direct to customers at competitive prices and with an exceptional level of customer service.

Our main aim is to provide an online shop window for the kinds of specialist music from artists and labels that you would not otherwise have the opportunity to find or discover in stock elsewhere. Our sister company, Proper Music Distribution is the biggest independent distributor in the UK and we are able to supply music from over 1500+ labels from all over the world, regularly releasing over 150+ new products every week.

We employ dedicated and experienced staff providing an enviable level of customer service through extensive product knowledge from working within the music industry for many years.

You can contact us directly by e-mail or by using our UK Freephone/Standard phone number which is highlighted right across the store. The phone is usually answered within 3 rings by real people who will eandeavour to help you with any advice or assistance that you may need (A 24-hour answerphone service is also available).

All of our orders are despatched first class with Royal Mail or via our UPS / DPD / DHL courier service (All free of charge in the UK and only £2 Delivery worldwide).
