General information

Madplanet was created, in 1998, by Dan Rodgers and Sam Morris, born out of a shared love of music and a desire to help keep talented writers and producers getting to live doing what they love best, being creative.

Our community approach and global network of artists has provided us with a long history of many success stories and means we can serve up artists who specialise in the style required for any project or genre from classical pieces like “Pass it on” for Stella Artois to the No. 1 hit remix of Singin’ in the Rain”, developed for VW Golf.

We continue to meet more artists from around the world, to build on our community made up of who we believe are the most capable talents working with music to picture. We also have strong relationships with many labels large and small, striving to seek out a huge range of great music for film and TV research and licensing. Because we have made so many friends working for the last 20 years we have managed to pull off some miracles licenses for our clients, due to our developed relations with the record labels we promote.

As we have evolved over the years, we have worked on many TV commercials in musical direction, supervision, remixing, sound design, record production and online media.
