Managed Hosted Data
Qubic is a Microsoft practice that offers hosted data solutions based on a combination of its own hosting and Microsoft products. Combined with our Vitesse connectivity products, organisations of any size can benefit from a flexible hosted data solution that doesn't tie up capital, is secure, scalable and enables them to work from anywhere.

Your information is held in Tier 3 UK datacentres with all data securely backed up both locally and remotely helping any type of organisation meet operational business continuity requirements. In certain industry sectors there are bigger compliance challenges specifically companies regulated by the FCA or PCI. To meet these requirements, we can offer call recording, secure remote working, safe data storage, business continuity and disaster recovery.

Managed Hosted Telephony
Traditional telephone systems involve having to buy a telephone system (PBX) and put it somewhere on your premises. You will typically have ISDN lines coming into the system, a maintenance agreement with a supplier; you will have to pay call charges and the cost of electricity to keep it running and may need software upgrades from time to time. If you need to expand or add functionality, you may need to buy extra hardware, extra software and extra ISDN lines or even change the system completely.

With a hosted telephony solution from Qubic, all of this hassle goes away. We provide a hosted Mitel solution that is a fully featured enterprise-grade solution that offers all of the business telephony features you are used to. Vitesse Circuits
Vitesse is our range of business connectivity products ranging from standard broadband, through fibre broadband up to superfast Gigabit circuits. Our Vitesse circuits connect directly from your premises to our datacentres without crossing the public internet. Unlike domestic and most forms of 'business' broadband, this means that you can achieve the full capacity of the circuit for hosted data and hosted telephony applications.

Proactive Managed Support
A Traditional IT service and support can be confusing; typically multiple service contracts spread across different providers, various warranties and software licences to manage and a diverse portfolio of devices and peripherals to look after. Service agreements can overlap or there can be gaps with no party taking responsibility. Usually, you have to wait until something goes wrong to find out that you have a problem.
