We at HS&Co. are proud to be bringing you the newest addition to the East End. Set within the old area of Stratford and decorated to the original furnishing of what was once an industrial area. HS&Co. is bringing what has been missing it the East End. Our new concept of offering Halal cuts of South American Beef and creating (once thought impossible in the Halal market) dishes to reflect the modern times of a multicultural London. Our mocktail bar brings you the innovative mocktails and a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages.
All of our select cuts of steaks are dry hung for three weeks to achieve the fullest flavour. It is then prepped and cooked in our unique Josper Grill (only a few in London). The Josper is heated only by premium choice charcoal which gives it a unique flame taste incomparable to any other grill. The Josper takes proud position in our open plan kitchen, allowing our guests to gaze upon our meat chefs cooking their food in front of them. We want you to see the Josper at work.

Our design team have striped back the excess that normally goes into restaurants and laid bare the original industrial style with a hint of English suave. Oak, raw metal, open brick and a chesterfield sofa it whats we started with. Add a splash of colour some home comforts and a barbershop chair and what you have left is HS&Co. style. We don't want to take anything away from the food so we've kept it simple.

Why Halal?
We are looking to create a restaurant where all faiths can eat and not worry about the authenticity or origins of the food. With the great city that is London being so multicultural it's hard for a group of friends to go to a restaurant where they all can eat despite their dietary needs*.

We at HS&Co. have created the first authentic steak house that is fully Halal. No non-Halal meat and no alcohol will be served at HS&Co. HS&Co. is first and foremost a great steak restaurant to be enjoyed by everyone. It also happens to be a place where Halal meat is served and where Muslims can eat the food that we have grown up seeing in the UK but never been able to eat.
