The History of Ayngaran business dates back to 1987 when it had the vision to acquire the International Rights across formats of many Tamil films that became blockbusters. The Ayngaran library has over 1000 films including Blockbuster films like "Alaipayuthey", "Kandukondain Kandukondain", "Kannathil Muthamittal", "Mudhalvan", "Indian", "Jeans", "Boys", "Kadalukku Mariyadhai", "Padayappa", "Baba", "Chandramukhi", "Gilly", "Sivakasi" and lately "Pokiri" which are a few of the blockbusters released worldwide.
Ayngaran International has become the market leaders in screening films and home entertainment around the world. Currently having permanent screens in Srilanka, Singapore, UK, Malaysia, Paris and Canada. Ayngaran has very deep relationships within the Tamil film fraternity and has over 90% market share internationally in its space.
