Laura is one of London’s pioneers of ready-to-eat vegetarian and vegan health foods. Consequently, some buyers have been ordering from her since the 1980s! Her idea was, and is still the same today: to make healthy, homemade whole foods using simple recipes with carefully selected ingredients. She now runs her business with her son Robin who grew up eating her macrobiotic food. They continue to improve the existing dishes and come up with innovative recipes.
