Our highly trained engineers are available to help and resolve day to day problems with your computing devices and we also provide bespoke solutions for your individual requirements.

Our offices are in Finchley, N12 where you can bring your computing devices for us to diagnose. We also provide on-site computer / laptop repair service for users in North London including: Barnet, Mill Hill, Totteridge, Cockfosters, Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Edgware amongst others.

We provide Remote Support for all users who cannot get their computers into our offices. This service can be Pay-as-You-Go or contract.

Brief History:

2001-
Optima opened its first shop in 2001 offering IT
Support to residential and business clients in North London.

2005 -
With double digit growth year on year, a dedicated business department was introduced and more employees were hired, followed by further investment and growth in the business.

2010 -
Our cloud center was launched and we are able to provide secure & professional hosted services.

2015 -
The Head Office in North Finchley has been extended and enlarged with a larger workshop at the back and a dedicated business support centre.
