General information

Wisteria is an independent firm of Charted Accountants, Tax and Business Advisers based in North West London.

We choose to work intensively with a relatively small number of clients, providing a bespoke and high quality service. Whilst we often provide a very comprehensive service, we are happy to provide a level of service that matches the particular requirements of any business. The majority of our clients are small and medium sized companies, however we do also act for a significant number of individuals and partnerships. Our clients are not only drawn from the London area, but across the UK and also internationally, particularly companies looking to start trading in the UK for the first time.

Through our knowledge and extensive practical experience, we have developed a number of sector specialism's. Among other things, these include advising businesses in the bio-tech, lending, e-commerce and media and technology industries. We work intensively with these clients, providing a complete accountancy and tax solution. Even more valuable is the advice, network and experience we can bring from working with other companies in theses industries.

Even though we do have specialism's, our clients are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances.

Whilst being corporate focused, our recognition as a firm of Chartered Tax Advisers means that we also have a significant client base of individuals. These individuals tend to be drawn from three distinct groups; Company Directors and entrepreneurs, individuals with technically complex tax affairs or more significant wealth, and financially established older people. This not only includes dealing with tax returns, but providing a range of advice and planning services. This often includes tax efficient remuneration, inheritance tax and estate planning and dealing with issues such as second homes, Wills and investment and financial planning (working with outside legal and financial advisers where appropriate).

Our staff are drawn from a range of backgrounds in the accountancy and tax professions. Many of whom qualified with reputable City or West End accountancy firms, moving on to obtain greater experience in practice and in industry before joining Wisteria. It is this mix which enables us to provide the high quality, relevant and hands-on service we do today.
