Objective of the Adlupa Site:

Saving the property owners vast amount of money and time by not employing estate agents to do handle their property on their behalf.

Allowing investors keep locking the profit on their investment grow and allowing them to expand in what they do best eg: if someone letting a property through a letting/estate agent on average they are likely to pay in fees in the region of 10% of the annual rent how it works if you let a property worth £100,000 if you rent this for £500 per month then annual rent on your property would be £6000 pa your current return on your investment would be 6% but if you let it through an agent then you would be paying in fees around £600 pa resulting return in their investment reduced by 1% therefore the investor left with 5% return instead of 6% they would have had.
