I work predominantly with women like you to empower you, showing you how to take back control of your life so that you are not ruled by anxiety, fears and weight issues. I give you tools to transform your habits, behaviour, thoughts, emotions and relationship with yourself so that you can let go of the anxieties and limitations that have made you heavy in body or mind and held you back. Instead, allowing you to move towards a life of greater fulfillment, peace of mind and freedom to be who you really are and to achieve what you want to achieve.

I am an integrated Therapist, using Hypnotherapy, NLP, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, Gastric Band hypnotherapy and Coaching to get results. Unlike other therapists/coaches I am not constrained by one way of working and have a huge “tool box” at my fingertips which enables me to tailor my services to meet your individual needs.
