"With around 46,000 members globally, the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church is a profound and vibrant Christian Church purusing the teachings of the Holy Bible which are central to the Brethren way of life, beliefs, morality and code of conduct.

The Plymouth Brethren date back to the 1830’s when a founding congregation was established in Plymouth UK under the leadership of John Nelson Darby. By the mid nineteenth century, congregation members had emigrated to the Americas, Africa, Australia and New Zealand and the foundation for a universal Christian fellowship had been established.

Plymouth Brethren hold the same faith as every true Christian and actively preach the Word of God to all in view of forgiveness of sins and eternal salvation, which is available to every man, woman and child, through faith in Jesus Christ.

For the Plymouth Brethren, daily worship and family is at the centre of their lives. Children grow up loved and cherished in a strong family environment. Young people’s lives are full. They are given meaningful challenges and are rewarded for their achievements and accomplishments and are often required to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
