Hi, we are Adam Sims, David Mansfield and Tom Rockliffe, the friendly guys behind Grange Homes. After more than 10 years working and training with larger agencies in North London we wanted to challenge the typical stereotype of estate agents and change the way people see our profession. And so in 2011, Grange Homes was born.

Since opening our doors we have become one of the leading independent estate agencies in Enfield, providing sales, lettings and management services in Enfield and its surrounding boroughs. Our team are committed to keeping on top of the trends in the market and maintaining our excellent local knowledge, which means we always have our ears to the ground. Our service standard will ensure that customers are kept up to date at all times.

It's important to us to listen to what our customers really want. We treat everyone who walks into our office on Queen Anne’s Place as individuals, with individual tastes, demands and budgets, and we do our utmost to find the best possible properties on the market. As busy professionals with young families of our own, we understand the demands of modern life but we are committed to traditional values of honesty and integrity.
