However, by posting on our wall, you hereby grant to Bermuda Tourism a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify in any way, publicly display and/or reproduce your photo without limitation through any Bermuda Tourism-owned social media accounts, pages, or channels as well as the official Bermuda Tourism blog (www.gotobermuda.com/blog). Please note that although not guaranteed, Bermuda Tourism policy is to provide photo credit by photographer name when posting the image [whether on the photo or in a posting caption]. Bermuda Tourism is not responsible for any re-posting or sharing of the image after the originating post is published on the Bermuda Tourism page.
