These products have been developed after years of study in the art of Nunchaku, Designed to be a halfway house between the soft foam cord types and the traditional woodencord types. These are fast due to the fact that they are light and have bearings fitted to a cord connection.
They are designed for application of swing techniques, kata and freestyle, But are not designed for locks blocks and striking objects. For that you would use wooden ones.
