General information

Gaia-Newton Associates Limited was established in March 2015. It is an amalgamation of several smaller companies working in different industries over 35 years.

Each company brought its own specialist industry. The idea behind GNA is to create a strong corporate brand that delivers on a personal level to both its clients and its candidates.

The original company LJS Recruitment came from humble beginnings and started life providing mobile canteens to building sites. Before long LJS began to win numerous projects supplying labour, because of their ability to source the calibre of referenced staff demanded by the modern construction industry.

Investing time and resources to create an efficient, workable IT base was a main priority. LJS pushed forward creating an in house IT system enabling them to increase efficiency whilst decreasing cost which could be passed on to their clients.

Having depth and substance in IT solutions proved invaluable to the company as it constantly strived to improve its management systems and overall business structure. However, the core ethic behind the success of LJS was always its ability to communicate on all levels.

Gaia-Newton Associates continues these ideals and tries to take them further. They achieve this by addressing every level of the industry it represents be it; New staff, new business, existing clients; we take the utmost care to ensure that working in a service industry means just that.

Our goal at GNA is to build long term relationships that enable both parties to thrive in our competitive market.

Our core business has always been based on our ability to secure staff for placements within the sector of construction.
