Training Centre Direct works as a complete outsourced Lift Engineering Recruitment & Training specialist provider.

We have access to 1,000's of lift people from all over the UK and can often supply new staff to your lift firm FREE OF CHARGE.

We also provide both permanent staff on a fixed fee assignment agreed in advance, or we can supply temporary staff for shorter term lift projects where we employ the temp worker and process the payroll, you just hire the worker for as long as you need them for.

We have experience in conducting large group interviews where we line up several lift candidates for your interview, and then you select the best candidate for your business.

We run theory & practical based training to upskill new people entering the lift industry that is 100% relevant to working onsite fault finding, fixing and repairing lift controller panels.

We deliver all levels of accredited NVQ programmes covering lift service, repair, installation & testing, and we are licensed to assess and verify these programme with awarding organisations. We are also a recognised centre with the Lift and Escalator Industry Association.
