TheJobPost is the biggest thing to happen to recruitment in 25 years. We’re an online service that brings thousands of specialist recruiters together on a single trading platform enabling employers to ultimately access the UK’s entire recruitment industry as one supplier.

Employers post jobs and recruiters registered with us assess the vacancy and forward ideal candidates. Recruiters only submit candidates who are likely to be hired because we make a token charge to forward applications (even though it’s a very small cost, it’s enough to stop speculative, long-shot applications).

Employers then deal directly with the recruiter forwarding the best candidates. There’s no charge to employers other than the recruiter’s fee for a successful placement, which is set in advance by the employer.

TheJobPost takes no commission from recruiters – the recruiter keeps the entire fee apart from a very small contribution to our chosen charity.

TheJobPost is great value for employers and recruiters and most importantly, it means that employers can access virtually the entire UK candidate community through one platform, allowing them to get the best talent available for every role.
