Executive Search

Our Executive Search Division recruits Directors, CEOs and Trustees. We can identify, attract and screen candidates in the UK and overseas. We provide pro-active search (head hunting), targeted advertising campaigns, in-depth behavioural interviewing, reference checking and assessment centres.

Finance & HR

Our Finance & HR Division recruits for charities and organisations with a charity specialism, such as accountancy firms and management consultancies. We recruit for interim, temporary, and permanent roles including Directors and Senior Executives for HR, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Project Management.

Our experienced Independent Schools Division works with all types Preparatory and Senior Schools in the UK, as well as a selection of schools internationally. We provide long term temporary cover for full and part time teaching vacancies in any discipline, as well as providing highly trained classroom assistants. We are experts in finding the very best candidates for senior management posts, headships and everything in between.
