General information

My objective is to work with people who need to sell their homes, and to connect these people with high net worth individuals who will buy these properties.

I have built relationships with architects in the UK, and I will utilise their services regarding planning applications and with the actual planning and execution of the refurbishments.

In situations where I have identified a property to be suitable to buy, add value, and sell onwards, I will get quotes from 4 independent building companies regarding the cost of the works. After reviewing these quotes, I will then use the most cost effective building company to manage the refurbishment. I will supervise the building company completing the works throughout the entire refurbishment process.

Another aspect of my business is sourcing properties to pass onto other investors. I source deals for investors in cases when I am already involved with a project, and I come across a very good deal. In these circumstances, I charge a fee for passing these excellent deals onto other investors.
