The Teletext Holidays Facebook page is here to help you choose the perfect holiday, and as a place for you to share your holiday ideas. To make sure this page stays a useful and enjoyable place to be, we have some simple rules:

1. Do be careful with sharing your personal information. Don't post your phone number or email address in a post or comment. If you need to discuss your booking, email support@teletext.co.uk for assistance.

2. It's important to treat other visitors to the page with respect and courtesy. We don't allow comments that insult or offend individuals or groups of people. Don't post anything illegal or dishonest.

3. As part of a conversation, we're happy for you to make suggestions of destinations, services or products that have helped you with your holiday experiences. But please don't use the Teletext Holidays Facebook page to sell things.

4. Please keep conversations relevant. Use the comments below a post to discuss the subject being mentioned. If you'd like to talk about something else, make another post, or think again about whether it's relevant.

If posts or comments break these rules, or are unsuitable in any way, we may have to delete them, or remove people from our page. We don't often have to do this, but it's important to us that we keep the Teletext Holidays page a helpful and friendly place.

Existing bookings – for bookings made over the phone, please email us at support@teletext.co.uk or call Customer Support on 020 7741 1300 (Mon – Sun, 8am-9pm, including bank holidays)

Manage your booking - please go to https://www.teletextholidays.co.uk/mybooking/findmybooking/ to manage your booking (Contact our customer support team, print accommodation vouchers, pay balances and cancel bookings)
