The association was formed in 1976 with the objective to promote the welfare and rehabilitation of laryngectomy patients, their families and to be of assistance to those professionals working in the field of laryngectomy. NALC has an extensive range of literature, for both patients and professionals. Three DVDs are available – LIFE emergency resuscitation DVD, TALK pre and post operative visiting DVD and NALC nursing and laryngectomee care DVD.
