We're a young family who enjoy having people to stay in our beautiful bed and breakfast.

We offer accommodation to a wide variety of guests, from tourists from all over the world visiting London, business travellers needing a comfortable base within easy reach of the City, parents visiting their children at Goldsmiths and other univerities, or people visiting their family living close by.

We live in a large Victorian house furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques and ornaments with an oriental twist. Come and enjoy a friendly and ralaxed atmosphere as if you are staying with friends; we are the antidote to faceless chain hotels!

An Excellent location situated in South East London, we may at first seem out of the way from the heart of London, but we couldn't be better placed - away from the hustle and bustle of the West End, but within easy reach of all you want to get to. With fantastic connections from our nearest station New Cross Gate you can reach most parts of town with ease.

Great for business travellers headed for the City, London Bridge is a 5 minute train ride from New Cross Gate, and Canary Wharf can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Great for tourists visiting central London - get there in 15 to 20 minutes by tube, also reach Greenwich in 15 minutes by bus.
