The benefits of boxing have become much more widely recognised, in terms of nurturing both physical and emotional health - something as demonstrated by more established charities such as Fight for Peace.
We at LCB will provide a vibrant hub for the whole community to participate in boxing in its many recreational and sporting forms as well as providing a base for further outreach to vulnerable groups.
We are becoming part of a network of organisations that can provide additional means of support to these groups, tailored to the needs of the individuals using our space. (http://www.fightforpeace.net)
