YMCA is a youth and community charity, supporting young people to belong, contribute and thrive in their communities. All profits raised at our charity shop go towards its work. We sell everything from clothing and furniture to electrical goods and more.
We believe that all young people deserve to have a safe place to live and the opportunity to reach their full potential. YMCA's vision is of an inclusive Christian Movement, transforming communities so that all young people truly belong, contribute and thrive.
YMCA King's Road sells great clothing, books, CDs, DVDs, shoes, bric-a-brac and new goods. Like many of the YMCA shops, we also sell furniture.
But we’re more than just a charity shop; we’re transforming your local community through retail training schemes, supporting local schools and engaging young people. In most areas funds raised through your YMCA shop are put into your local YMCA to help transform your community.
