Emma is an English lady and has lived in the UK all of her life. Meeting people from many nationalities and cultures led her to take a keen interest in the subject of etiquette and protocol, how the knowledge and practice of it can greatly influence success, along with the challenges facing international people living in London. This led her to start her own Consultancy in 2010.

With fifteen years of previous experience working in the City of London within the corporate sector, Emma’s tuition is based on a wealth of wisdom and the knowledge of living and working in one of the world’s leading financial centres.

Emma recognises that moving to London can be a wonderful opportunity to experience one of the world’s greatest cities, but it can also create challenges such as understanding the British way of conducting business and interacting socially.

Success, both professionally and personally, is largely dependent on building new relationships and feeling confident in new surroundings, and her passion is to help people achieve this.

She works closely with all her clients and, to ensure their concerns are addressed and their goals are achieved, she insists on teaching each and every one of them which gives them the benefit of her experience and direct access to her.
