Allied Properties Investments (London) Limited are a boutique Property Investment and Development Agency dealing solely in the acquisition and disposal of property investment and development projects throughout the UK (predominantly Central and Greater London) on behalf of banks, receivers and private and institutional UK and overseas clients. Our experienced team have extensive knowledge of the UK property Investment and Developments markets as well as our clients’ portfolios and requirements. We offer property investment and development opportunities and advice from single buildings to estate portfolios and regeneration schemes, most of which are transacted on a completely discreet basis at our clients request. We are also sole advisers to two family trusts and extensively involved in 'Cross Funding Deals' between clients.

Scott Spiro - Managing Director
Scott Spiro has worked in the London Property Investment and Development Sector for almost 30 years. He has been instrumental in some landmark deals during his career including ‘prime super home’ deals in Central London, a number of student towers, trophy asset transactions and many other Residential Development and Investment deals throughout Greater London. Scott’s plethora and close contacts with well known high net worth contacts and family offices are definitely well acknowledged within the industry and he has used these relationships on countless occasions as a catalyst to “get things done” on behalf of individuals, companies, institutions, banks and funds alike. As Managing Director Scott operates the business with a completely hands-on approach in every deal.

Saul Babani - Sales and Acquisitions Director
Saul has worked in the London property business for approximately 14 years. In previous employment he has worked for one of the largest residential landlords in London heading up their acquisitions team as well as working for other niche development/investment practices. Saul is well respected by his clients and colleagues alike and this popularity together with his tenacity constantly reveals new opportunities within the property investment and development world and has proved extremely successful during his career at Allied Property.

Lizzie Edwards - Property, Administration & Finance
Lizzie comes from a strong background in family offices. Lizzie has worked with some extremely prominent families in both the UK and overseas and brings a wealth of experience and contacts to Allied Property. Lizzie also deals with all administrative and operational duties and began working with Allied in 2013.
