A whole-body approach to pregnancy

The Zhai treatment programmes are underpinned by the belief that in order to conceive, your reproductive system needs to be in optimum condition and working in harmony with the rest of your body.

We look at all aspects of your health and wellbeing from both a Chinese and Western medical perspective. This takes account of a whole range of physical, lifestyle and other factors – from diet and exercise to stress management. We will then put together a personalised treatment programme that combines Chinese herbal remedy and acupuncture with the latest Western medical knowledge.
