I'm a medical herbalist, nutritional advisor, reflexologist and clinician of PNI practising in London Bridge. I believe many of today’s illnesses are a result of modern lifestyles, which deviate from the way we evolved. I use diet, exercise and herbal medicines to guide the body back to a more natural state and help resolve long-term, chronic health problems.
Clinical PNI or psychoneuroimmunology, looks at new developments in the fields of psychology, neurology, endocrinology, sociology, immunology, and the interaction between them. The interactions between these systems, the environment, and a person’s genes and epigenes ultimately determine the person’s behaviour, health and chance of becoming ill. Nutrition, herbal medicine, exercise and psychosocial intervention are the basis of therapy within PNI and are an integrated healing method.
