The Bird In Hand is the third of four restaurants for restaurateur Jasper Gorst. Following on from the success of The Oak in Notting Hill and The Old White Bear in Hampstead, Jasper set out to find another stunning site to inspire his creative talent and love of great food and wine.
The Bird in Hand was the perfect place, a beautiful building in need of a new lease of life and set in the heart of Brook Green, Kensington.
The fourth restaurant, The Oak W12, opened in June 2013 and is located a stones throw from The Bird in Hand on Goldhawk Road.
