SP&Co are based at 3 Jubilee Place, the ultimate members-only personal training gym.

3 Jubilee Place has a full Pilates studio facility on the premises, along with Europe’s most advanced ‘altitude chamber’. There is also a series of private treatment rooms and consultation spaces. It's the ultimate health and fitness experience for those who value their privacy.
The atmosphere is one of quiet contemplation. Styled by the acclaimed designer Kelly Hoppen, this private state-of-the-art gym contains world class equipment from industry leading suppliers, such as Technogym.
Service is at the heart of all we do and what makes us truly extraordinary is the quality of our team and their meticulous application of care and support to our clients.
We operate a private and personalised service, offering support and encouragement throughout the programme. Upon arrival members are provided with their very own private changing facilities, pre and post nutrition, a full laundry service and apparel as required. Membership of the 3 Jubilee Place is carefully controlled to ensure that every client is given total privacy whilst in the gym.

In addition, Stephen and the team operate as exercise specialists for the newly formed Living Well Programme at the Leaders in Oncology Care in Harley St, helping patients with exercise and lifestyle strategies during and post cancer treatment.
