The company acts exclusively for buyers, advising on and managing their property investments or, from time to time, on property for their own use. Obbard's main business involves properties valued between £1 million and £10 million but has considerable experience well beyond this range with the largest individual transaction advised on having a development value of £180 million and typical transactions mandated up to £100 million.

Obbard undertakes the entire cycle of acquisition, refurbishment, letting, management and reinvestment. Over 17 years, our approach is proven in creating attractive returns on property investment in prime London residential property.

This all in one approach was developed for two reasons. Firstly to offer investors an alternative to the usual process and time commitments in dealing with numerous third parties to acquire property, refurbish on budget and to suit the market and then to let swiftly and manage efficiently. Secondly, to target and/or surpass predictable returns and manage downside risk it is essential to follow an integrated and methodical approach which is entirely aligned with the investor's own objectives.

Obbard's first objective is to find premium property in premium locations at below market value or where value can be added. Thereafter, Obbard undertakes teh design and management of refurbishments for clients using our team of buidlers, architects, designers and project managers and using our lettings and management team to safeguard the longer term investment return.
