From those hazy hedonistic days of 1977 Select has risen to become one of the most successful and well respected model agencies in the UK. Founded by sister’s Clare and Chrissie Castagnetti and long time friend Tandy Anderson Select has become a major player in the international fashion scene. The Select family prides itself on its dedication to continuing the high standard set in those early days.

As one of the longest running agencies in the country with over 40 years of experience Select Model Management is responsible for turning the modelling world on its head, pioneering ‘scouting’ by getting out on the streets to find natural, individual and unique looks to be groomed into major names in the fashion industry. Our extended team of scouts stretches far and wide. Select Model Management always has its finger on the pulse and talent continues to be found through the passion and perseverance of the Select scouting teams.
This astute ‘eye’ for a fresh new face has paid dividends and Select’s books are brimming with talent that can be seen on worldwide campaigns and catwalks. On the Women’s board the prestigious, renowned New Faces Team, the first of its kind, set up in 1987 has helped kick start the careers of Stella Tennant, Agyness Deyn, Sienna Miller and more recently Sam Rollinson and Eliza Cummings. Likewise, the Men’s Division has dominated the men’s market worldwide, with their own New Faces team debuting the careers of top flight talent such as David Gandy, Jamie Dornan, Vernon Kay, Oliver Cheshire and most recently Ben Allen.

Following in the footsteps of the Women and Men divisions are the Special Bookings divisions. Set up to represent a plethora of top talent from around the world with the likes of singers Jess Glynne, Pixie Lott, Plan B and Tom Odell as well as household names such as Daisy Lowe, Sofia Ritchie, Phoebe Collings-James, Izzy Bizu and Anais Gallager to name a few.
