We offer five varieties of broths each made freshly with over 50 ingredients in our kitchen each day. From China we serve fiery Sichuan broth, soothing chicken, a vegetarian broth, a clear broth with ginger and from Thailand a hot and sour broth.
Our menu lists a choice of over 70 ingredients available to cook and share. We serve we serve British free-range meat, our fish and shellfish are from sustainable sources, and our mix of Asian and British vegetables are delivered daily.
We recognise the importance of creating the perfect dipping sauce to accompany your cooked ingredients so we offer a huge variety of unlimited options for you to taste and experiment as much as you wish.
