Peacock Pilates London Studio offers dynamic, highly effective and fun Pilates sessions on the Pilates Equipment (Reformer, Pilates Chair and Cardio Tramp). We will help you to:

- Tone up and strengthen your body;
- Improve your posture, stability and flexibility;
- Relieve back pain;
- Rehab/ recover from an injury;
- Pre and post natal reconditioning;
- Transform your body.

With the Cardio-Tramp (http://peacock-pilates.com/cardio/) you can also lose weight by bouncing your way to a trim and lean figure.

1 on 1 Pilates session:
1 session (55 minutes) – £120
Package of 5 sessions – £550
Package of 10 sessions – £1,000

2-on-1 Pilates sessions sessions:

1 session (55 minutes) – £160 (£80 per person)
Package of 5 sessions – £750
Package of 10 sessions – £1,400

All packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase and there is a 48 hour cancellation policy i.e. any cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session will be charged.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Your 1st session will include a brief introduction to the reformer and some of the essential exercises. On subsequent sessions we'll work through a tailor made work-out that suits your needs, body type and fitness goals. We'll challenge your body in a safe and effective way.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Comfy clothes - ideally leggings or shorts. Socks with grippers (if you have them) but not a problem if you don't.
