Dallington School

General information

Dallington School is a family-run independent primary school with a nursery, in Clerkenwell, Islington.

We offer a curriculum which is broad, creative and balanced to a non-selective and co-educational intake. We aim to provide for each child, a happy, secure and stimulating environment that promotes discovery and observation and values a love of learning. Our children address teachers by their first names and do not wear a uniform.

Dallington children work towards external exams in a non-competitive, stress-free environment where they are expected to reflect on their own attainments and
realistically understand the requirements of competitive exams, as well as their own high standards of self regulated work.

Children who are allowed to flourish at Dallington, leave our school with invaluable life skills, as evidenced by the successful and grounded ex-pupils who come back to let us know and by the feedback given by the Heads of receiving schools at secondary level.
