Bermondsey has had a huge facelift over the last few years and has become a very lively part of London. New apartments, cafes, restaurants etc, and the development of Bermondsey Square is no exception, but Bermondsey Antique market has survived! The market has been on this site since the 1950's.
The market is a stones throw from London Bridge Station, the Borough and a leisurely stroll from Tower Bridge. It has a wide range of antiques from cutlery to furniture, china to jewellery. It's open every Friday from 6am to 2pm.
Many of the traders have been at the market for years and are a good source of information. The market has a international reputation and is visited by antiques enthusiasts both from within the UK and those on holiday to the UK.
