What’s “cabbage” I hear you ask?

Well, in the industry, it’s the term used to describe fabric that’s left over after an order has been made up.

Sir Plus has formed contacts with many of the major factories and fabric dealers across England. This gives us access to the finest quality fabrics; ranging from sea island cotton with a thread count so high you won’t remember, to Italian silk so soft you barely know you’re touching it.

This exceptional fabric is rounded up, roll by roll, piece by piece and taken to our factory, where they begin a labour of love.

Our first line was boxer shorts, all made out of excess shirting fabric from some of the best tailors Savile Row and Jermyn Street have to offer. This is combined with a waistband made out of the most luxurious silk, left over from a tie factory.

Then, Sir Plus made friends with a famous hat factory in Oxfordshire called Christys'. They got on so well that they started making hats together. Sir Plus kept on meeting new people that could make wonderful things for him and the range has quickly expanded.
