Hi, my name is Diane Beck, I am Coach and Therapist specialising in performer resilience and success. I am creator and developer of a new Progressive Acting method and approach that combines the ecology and self awareness of new neuroscience developments and designed applications and methods to consistently achieve success on associated performance.
I'm a trained NLP Hypnotherapist & Coach and Havening Techniques Practitioner. I enjoy using modern and efficient techniques for improving wellbeing and accessing the most effective and rapid change. I offer therapy and coaching at my company Health-Success in central Manchester and London.

Prior to becoming a coach and therapist I was an Actress working in theatre, tv, film and radio. I spent over 20 years following a 3 year training at RADA, working for large theatre companies such as the RSC, National Theatre, Hampstead theatre, Shared Experience, European Union of Theatres and more, including working for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 Films combining years of skill and knowledge to serve those clients wanting Public Speaking and Stage Fright coaching.
