General information

We provide a range of services to develop businesses, enhance the coaching and leadership skills of managers and enable individuals to become accredited coaches.

We are an approved ILM (Institute of Learning and Management) centre and our programmes are recognised by the Association for Coaching and pioneer of coaching, Sir John Whitmore.

We are cross cultural specialists accustomed to working with mixed nationality groups and maintain an extensive training team able to deliver in all main languages. Our clients include IKEA, GE Finnamore, CLM 2012 Olympic Delivery Partner, Hilti, IPF, KPMG, NCR, PMI, Procter & Gamble, The National Theatre, The BBC, Kent County Council’s South East Coaching & Mentoring Network, Arts Council England, plus schools, county councils and public sector organisations in the UK.

We provide open coach training courses twice yearly in London, where we can offer ILM qualifications up to Diploma level, and we provide free coaching and mentoring courses to The Ministry of Entrepreneurship (MOE), a charity supporting young people who have had challenging lives.

Our MD Carol Wilson is a keynote speaker at conferences worldwide including The HR Summit Budapest, the Asian Emerging Leaders Summit Hong Kong, Guts for Change Mumbai, China Executive Coaching Conference Shanghai, Catalyst Australia, the HR Forum, the Dubai Women in Business Conference, Procter & Gamble Sales Summit, the Royal Bank of Scotland Leadership Summit, Cranfield School of Management Business Growth Programme, the HRD Conference, the Training Journal Conference and the CIPD Annual Coaching at Work Conference.

She is a trustee of the charity The Ministry of Entrepreneurship, where she designs and delivers coach training programmes to young people who have had challenging lives.
