Crisp & Co was established in 1996 by Henry & Michele Crisp to provide specialist legal advice in matrimonial and family law to our clients. Since then, our firm has expanded to locations in Canary Wharf, Putney, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, The City, Wimbledon, Richmond, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Reigate, Farnham and Basingstoke. We have expert solicitors dealing with mediation, divorce and its allied financial issues, separation of couples who have been living together and all aspects of breakdown of relationships involving children.

The aim of our firm is to provide our clients with a first class and bespoke service guiding them through the emotional and legal complexities of separation and other relationship issues. We strive to provide our clients with a secure outcome that is right for them and their family.

As well as the traditional legal advice and representation in Court, we have solicitors who have training in collaborative law and mediation. These are alternative methods of dealing with the breakdown of family relationships based on a less confrontational approach with the object of achieving a harmonious outcome.

We are aware that legal fees are an unwelcome but inevitable consequence of family breakdown, and pride ourselves on offering the best expertise at the most competitive price, often half the hourly rate of other lawyers. Furthermore, we endeavour to provide our clients with accurate cost estimates and time frames from the outset and throughout our involvement in their matter. For those clients who have a need to limit costs to a certain sum we are also offer a ‘pay as you go’ service, whereby work is limited to a certain cost limit, and for clients with a limited income and savings we also offer a fixed fee service
