About us

On Point Property Management Ltd we are a one-stop solution for professional Landlords offering a unique, bespoke management service for your residential portfolio covering entirety of South West London.

An experienced management team
We are proud to offer 25 years combined experience in property management for residential properties. We serve professional landlords either based in the UK or overseas. Our team works closely with clients, focusing on providing a service that is tailored to your individual needs from the vast range of services we offer.

Lettings is a service we can also provide including all associated documentation (reference checks, tenancy agreement & inventories) We have a waiting list from our existing managed portfolio and referrals from tenants.

Efficient and economical
We have our own in-house maintenance team that will keep your maintenance costs down especially when there are quick simple issues that do not require one of our vetted specialist contractors to intervene. This will provide your tenants with a rapid service in emergencies and for routine maintenance requirements.

For example, there is no need to call a plumber out to unblock a sink if our in-house maintenance man can resolve the issue. This will save time and exorbitant call-out fees.
Convenience
Once a tenancy commences, we liaise with utility suppliers, arrange repairs and maintenance works on your behalf as well as organise payment for expenses related to the property, such as ground rent and service charge. In addition to handling day-to-day maintenance issues, our in-house maintenance team will make frequent visits to check the property to ensure that it is maintained at the highest possible standards.
