Thank you for taking the time to view our facebook page. London Leathers started life as a small sideline for one keen biker enthusiast importing and selling biker gloves to his local biker club back in 2006 and has steadily grown in size and reputation offering unique factory direct made to order custom leathers, race replica leathers and a select range of biker gloves

We realise that buying gear to protect your hide on your ride can be a little scary, financially. After all, it's a fair chunk of money and what if it doesn't fit? Or you don't like it? Or it takes forever to arrive?

We've been there ourselves as internet customers. In fact my best ever experiences buying online have been with the really small companies. The ones who sell a product they are passionate about, and who go out of their way to make sure my shopping experience is a happy one. And that is what we are trying to achieve here at London Leathers. We're a small business who don't have multi-million pound marketing budgets or huge 24hr call centres. What we do have though is a genuine passion for what we sell and a commitment to provide an exceptional personal service to our customers.

As we are small it means that each of us is able to see your order right the way through to delivery. If you want to phone up for a chat about your requirements or to double check a size then we will spend as long as is necessary to ensure that your query is answered.

Most of our gear (except gloves), is made at the time of order and will take on average 14 business working days to arrive to you. This time is extended to 21 days for international (outside UK) orders and 30 days for custom design orders.

Of course sometimes things don't always go to plan. Occasionally we might be waiting on a supplier for raw materials stock, unexpected factory delays or perhaps the courier is running late one day with your delivery. These things happen to all businesses no matter how hard we try to prevent them. On those rare occasions you can phone us up and we will remember you. You aren't just a reference number to us, you are one of our customers and hugely valued so we will do whatever it takes to make sure that your problem is solved promptly and courteously.

However none of this would matter if we didn't try to offer outstanding biker gear. After all, that is why you visited our site in the the first place. We are constantly researching new trends and technologies to keep the range up to date. Sometimes we'll miss something so we welcome your feedback.
