My Gravity Fitness & Dance is an Aerial Arts and Fitness Centre in Hendon, North West London. Not only do we specialise in Pole Fitness, Aerial silks, Aerial Hoop and AntiGravity® Yoga but our timetable also includes some fabulous fitness classes including, booty Barre®, Limitless wheel yoga flow and powerflex, yoga and much more.
Here at the centre we aim to give students of all levels the best possible tuition. We want to give them a place that they can train as a group or by themselves, to get fit and healthy in an environment that is fit for purpose and a sanctuary from the stresses of the outside world.
Of course, while we want to promote healthy living, we also want to make exercise a fun and social activity that our clients will want to make a permanent part of their lives and not a fad.
