“I just want things to work easily for people. I am not out to impress, only to provide unique products and service to customers”.

The inspiration to design unique contemporary furniture struck on completion of building a new home. After an exhausting search, no existing products could be found to fit the building, meaning Jennifer sought to design and fabricate her own furniture.

Products needed to satisfy all the functional requirements, whilst keeping with ideals such as simplicity, vibrancy, texture and balance, exemplified in her painting and design. After exhibiting at the infamous Brick Lane Truman Brewery in 2005, Jennifer Newman Studio was created due to the unprecedented interest and demand.

Jennifer Newman Studio has evolved into the vision of modern design that it is today, attributing to appearances at countless shows across the industry, as well as national publications such as Elle Decoration, Livingetc, London Evening Standard, Homes & Gardens, The Times and many more.

Operating within a small team means that Jennifer Newman Studio retain a close and intimate relationship with every client, and strive to innovate her already strong and unique range.

Jennifer Newman studied Fine Art at Chelsea, Winchester and Reading, and carved a career as a professional artist until early 2005.
