Gazelle Global is an international IT recruitment firm established in 2010 through a unique partnership of IT implementation know-how and head hunting expertise. We were founded by one of Europe’s leading Siebel CRM consultants and two veteran IT recruiters, representing 32 years of combined industry experience. We see a successful placement as a win-win-win partnership between client, candidate and recruiter. We pride ourselves on speed, transparency and user experience.

With over five years of business, Gazelle Global has grown in leaps and bounds across a number of business sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, health care, manufacturing, oil and gas, consultancy, retail and public sector.

We recruit internationally across the full IT project life cycle, covering both generalist and niche technologies such as Java, Tibco, Pega (BPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), investment banking and asset management systems.

We work with clients and candidates all over the world. We help our clients reduce cost and maximise linguistic and cultural fit by prioritising local candidates. Where this is not possible, we recruit from our global talent pool to deliver the skills and experience required. We can also support our candidates with visas and relocation.
