Trini Caribbean Catering is a family run business which prides itself on quality great tasting food. Based in Waltham Abbey in Essex we cover a large area including Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex.
Our food is based on dishes from the Caribbean including the islands of Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica. All our meats are marinated overnight so the flavour is absorbed and then it is Barbequed, Baked, Curried or Stewed to perfection.
We can provide everything you need for your event including Chafing Dishes to keep your food hot, plates and cutlery and much more. We provide many different types of services from drop off to sit down waiter service.
We pride ourselves on high standards and have strict food safety policies.
