General information

VOCAL Vitality offers a range of options to allow you to develop your singing voice, including:
Women’s Choir
V Academy for 7-18 year olds
Private Lessons
Singing Therapy (including work with people with dementia)
School Clubs

People of all ages and experience can enjoy using their voices and sessions are energetic, lively, uplifting and FUN – people often leave with a spring in their step!

Preparation for auditions, festivals etc
Focus on techniques including pitch, tone, breathing and performance techniques

Vitality Song Clubs

VOCAL Vitality offer workshops in Residental and Nursing Homes for the elderly. The workshops are a great social event for residents and carers and include, gentle stretching and warm up exercises for the body, breathing exercises, vocal warm up, rounds, musical games etc followed by tea/coffee.

Songbirds 1: 7pm-8.15pm (followed by tea/coffee)

(This group assumes little or no musical or singing knowledge or experience, repertoire will be limited to 2-3 parts, focus on improving confidence in group & part singing and HAVING FUN!!!!!!!!!)

Songbirds 2 : 8.30pm-9.45pm (followed by tea/coffee)

(This group focuses on more challenging repertoire for people who have some singing experience & some knowledge of music – short audition for this group)
