General information

I am a certified Leadership and Team Dynamics Coach with over 10 years’ experience of facilitating sustainable change and driving performance in leaders, teams and organisations.

My background is within large multinational Financial Services companies including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Deloitte and Northern Trust where my focus was on on talent management, succession planning, career development, performance management and leadership development.

In 2012, I set up OBJ Coaching, a consulting and coaching practice committed to increasing individual and organisational effectiveness by developing leaders and building high performance teams.

My style is supportive and challenging, when required.

Ii was awarded the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) coaching certification by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I am also a graduate of the Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) programme through CRR Global, the only ICF-accredited relationship systems-based training for coaches.

I am very passionate about systemic coaching and fully believe that coaching an entire “system” can transform its collective performance and bring about real systemic change.
