1921 Lewisham Squadron

General information

1921 (Lewisham) Squadron are a local Air Cadet unit, offering young people across Lewisham the chance to do something extraordinary. We provide opportunities for development through sport and adventurous training, as well as offering amazing activities like flying and gliding through our association with the Royal Air Force. Our cadets learn self-discipline, take pride in their team and themselves, and find transferable skills they never knew they had – testing themselves in leadership and team situations on a regular basis under the guidance of our staff.

Our cadets have already been on some amazing adventures this year – from trekking towards their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award qualifications, to flying low-level helicopters over Oxfordshire, and getting on target with rifle shooting. We are looking for more cadets to join the Squadron – could you be part of something special?
